My Life Is A Country Song

I am feeling a little lot overwhelmed today.  Sydney and Shane get their lockers and schedules today.  And, gulp, Sydney gets her parking space.  That will help in the mornings though.  She can get her and Shane to school and then I can take Stratton.  I have a ton of things I have to do today.  It is one of those days I feel like there isn't enough time to get everything in.  Shane has football, Stratton has football, we are still trying to find Sydney a car.  I have a lot of paperwork to turn into the school and I am getting things ready for my court date on the 8th. One of those two last things I shouldn't be bothered with the burden of having to get prepared for, but I had no choice in filing.

I am not quite to the point of this girl singing this song, but I just came across it and think it is REALLY funny.  I remember listening to David Allen Coe when I was younger.  One summer we listened to him the whole ride to Florida and then the whole ride home.  I had the words to all of the songs memorized and would sing them having no idea what they meant.

Anyway, when I am really stressed like I am now (I do have help from my parents so I am not completely alone), humor is the best medicine.  I always find that if I don't laugh I will cry.  And I don't like to cry as much as l like to laugh!  I don't know who this girl is, but this is really funny.  Her name is Madeline Monroe and I am glad I found this song today.

I can so relate. Not a single mom, obviously, my life has certainly been eventful!
